After a couple of years we tried this long distance trace again, although our "long distance" ment 12 km only :)))

The weather was supposed to be cold and cloudy, but it was quite warm for the dogs instead. However, the clear outlooks were wonderful.

In the morning we are picked up by Doky´s "high-speed team" which already has about 5 km in their paws and together we go to the starting-point. We are warming up while going through the streets and the dogs are looking forward to stream in the wood. There are 3,5 km up to hill before us, fortunately in the cooling shade.

Last kilometers near the lookout tower "Cerna Studnice" are on the open space, but the view which is before us is so beautiful, that even the heat is forgotten. There are a lot of tourists at the tower and because we aren´t in a hurry, we stop for an ice-cream.

After the stop we are going down through the warm meadows towards next lookout tower "Nisanka".

Climbing up to the tower is an adventure due to its grate stairs, but the view from the gallery is worth it - we can see even the Czech highest mountain "Snezka". Meantime the dogs are waiting down.

We slowly go on through the solitude "Kynast" back to town.

We feel hungry, so we stop at the Mexican restaurant. They offer also the dish for dogs - 350 grams of dog food and water :))) Well, our dogs have to wait until home and they´re relaxing in the shade.

Last kilometers through the hot town streets, we get the participant list, a badge and sweet pastries to which I´ve been always looking forward, and then we just say goodbye to Doky ... a pleasantly spent Saturday :)
